Off-shore telemarketing call center services can provide all the same services as an on-shore telemarketing call center service. However, for some American companies, supporting the U.S. workforce by hiring telemarketing call center staff, is considered an important factor in who they do business with. Some feel that it is unpatriotic to send telemarketing call center jobs out of the country. It is sometimes a public relations issue and a company must decide if their customer base might shrink due to the backlash of using off-shore telemarketing call center providers.Â

Off shore telemarketing call centers have made great strides in competing with U.S. telemarketing call centers, not just in cost, but also in better English speaking telemarketers and in better and more hi-tech equipment and software. The advantages are especially noticeable when a company has a very large telemarketing project. While cost is the major attraction for offshore call centers, upgraded services now can compete in all other areas too.
