Off-shore call center services can provide all the same services as an on-shore call center service.  Off-shore call center services can be as much as 75% less expensive than using on-shore services. 

This huge disparity between doing business in North America, and especially in the United States, has made off-shore call center services very popular.  Usually, off-shore  call centers have the greatest advantage for a company that is very large and has huge telemarketing projects of national or international coverage. 

However, for some American companies, supporting the U.S. workforce by hiring telemarketing call center staff, is considered an important factor in who they do business with.  Some feel that it is unpatriotic to send call center jobs out of the country.  It is sometimes a public relations issue and a company must decide if their customer base might shrink due to the backlash of using off-shore call center providers. 

Another important consideration when using off-shore call center services is whether the English spoken by foreign call centers is a negative factor for its customers.  The foreign accent may be hard to understand or may immediately alert the American customer that the business is employing an off-shore call center. 

Individually, each company has to determine whether this cost advantage in using off-shore call centers is enough to offset any other negatives.  Without question, off-shore call center services are becoming more and more popular.
